By submitting the form above I understand:

I for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize The Beauty of South Dallas to use photographs of me and or my property to use and publish on the website (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name). 

Photographs, pictures, portraits or Images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form), for any product or services, galleries, and competitions lawful uses as may also be determined by the project. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy, or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.

I understand that at no time shall I be paid, reimbursed, compensated, given a free magazine, or given royalties, now or at any point in the future by The Beauty of South Dallas or the artist. I hereby irrevocably authorize The Beauty of South Dallas and the artist to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these photos (or other content) on the website and in their publication for purposes of publicizing the project, website or internet postings or for any other lawful purpose. I am also given the right for The Beauty of South Dallas to make any necessary edits (i.e. crop/resize .....) to fit the publication.
